Controlled Investor Access
Interest is public. Diligence is governed.
SwiftOPSA does not turn a public form into privileged access. Identity is established first, access is reviewed second, and credentials are provisioned only after an authorized operator approves the request.
The Access Sequence
The investor path follows the same operating discipline as the machine.
Request → Verify → Review → Provision → Replace credential → Enter briefing. Each state is separate and attributable.
01Request
Tell Willoway who you are and what you want to understand.
02Verify
Email identity is verified before access is provisioned unless an operator documents an approved exception.
03Review
An authorized operator evaluates the request. Public interest does not create credentials automatically.
04Provision
A temporary password is generated once, stored only as a one-way hash, and must be replaced before briefing content opens.
